BUENOS AIRES, Argentina—Shen Yun Performing Arts presented a show in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 18, transporting audiences on a journey through ancient China. Theatergoers were amazed by the beauty of the performance.

“First of all, the dancers, their expressions, the way they move, how they present themselves and carry themselves on stage, I really liked it. I’m speechless because it’s truly beautiful,” Valeria Magali Diet, an architect, said.

“The spectacular technique of what is Chinese classical dance and also, the moments of ethnic dance they have shown. I really appreciate the particularity and originality of the shows, the costumes, and how the technique and movement interact with, precisely, the costumes,” ballet director Ivana Alejandra Rossi said.

Shen Yun’s mission is to revive 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture from “China before communism,” which deeply resonated with audience members.

“I’m leaving feeling inspired, at peace, joyful. I feel like crying because it really touches you,” Silvia Bazán, a radio host for Radio Energia said.

“Keep making this marvel, so that the traditional culture of China is not lost, and that they keep transmitting it to the world, sharing it, because it is truly worth enjoying,” Ms. Rossi said.

“To the director, many, many blessings, the whole world, the musicians, the orchestra conductor, the set designer, everything,” Ms. Bazán said.

Shen Yun will be performing in Guadalajara, Mexico from May 6–10.
