Shen Yun Performing Arts wrapped up six performances in Guadalajara, Mexico, on May 10. The world’s premier classical Chinese dance company aims to remind the world of the beauty of "China before communism."

Shen Yun took audience members on a journey through China's 5,000 years of civilization with classical Chinese dance accompanied by a live orchestra.

“Everything is spectacular, truly harmonious, and I’m speechless. I'm simply in awe,” Jose Antonio Ulloa Ortiz, a sales supervisor, said. “Everything is beautiful, every movement is perfectly synchronized, and the music is perfectly put together.”

“I am impressed with the precision of all the dancers; it is very difficult to achieve precision like that, and with the music,” Anaelda Ramos López, a dancer, said. “All the dancers were on time with the music; not a second before, not a second after. Everyone was aligned.”

Publicist Olga Rodriguez Leaños said Shen Yun was, “Excellent, it leaves nothing to be desired. It was truly a spectacle in every sense of the word. I really liked it, 100 percent recommended.”

María De La Rosa, an accountant, said, “It's an example of great discipline, great coordination, and a fantastic feeling.”

Since 2006, Shen Yun has toured around the globe with a mission to revive 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture and values, which ancient Chinese people believe were inspired by the divine. Audiences praised Shen Yun for bringing these values to life.

“It's necessary for the good in each person to come out, because it makes you feel like you can move forward with values,” business owner Alberto Alejandro Soto Perez said.

“It's a very spiritual message, and I think it’s something we young people are missing because something they often said was that modernity envelops us in a bubble, which is true. So I think being able to get in touch with spirituality is necessary for young people,” he added.

“Values are no longer instilled as much, and enjoying them in a show like this is fascinating,” Ortiz added.

“All the heart, all the feeling, and all the message that they convey through the show, is that we are very materialistic and that we should focus more on spirituality,” La Rosa said.

Shen Yun successfully concluded their 2025 world tour on May 11. Its artists bring an all-new program for audiences to enjoy every season, including new dances, music, and stories.
