“The artists disappeared and then reappeared on stage at the same time, creating a seamless transition between the two-dimensional and three-dimensional worlds. I was truly moved by this, thinking that they had reached a new realm,” said Miki Ogasahara, an artist.
“[The dances] have a beautiful flow, the flow of a river. The beauty and strength is beautiful, and I think it's wonderful that the artists are so pure of heart,” said Koichi Fujimoto, a company president.
“[The songs] really resonate, it feels like something that touches people’s hearts,” said Kanuhisa Ogawa, a company president.
“I could understand it very well, because the lyrics of the song were also written in Japanese. I thought this was important because of its message and expressive power,” he said.
“I think that [morality] is starting to fade even in Japan today, so I think it is important to have more people see the performance and pass on this feeling to the younger generations,” said Kazuko Sakane, a real estate association director.
“China in particular has a very deep historical background. So I felt that the intention to respect that history was very admirable,” said Nobuo Nakanishi, a former company executive.
“You have brightened my heart. I am glad I saw the performance,” said Tsutomu Okada, a former company executive.
