A packed audience gave a warm welcome to Shen Yun Performing Arts on March 8 in Leipzig, Germany. The highly anticipated performance was sold out months in advance—and met with enthusiastic applause.

“It was incredibly fascinating. The artists, the choreography, this splendor of colors that came across through the costumes. Incredibly impressive, and very beautiful,” said Rolf Volkewien, a company sales head.

“It was very nice and vividly designed. And the colleague who leads us through the program and informs us beforehand, that was very nice. This is a great performance by these actors,” said Katrin Mende, a business owner.

“The colors are inspiring, and also the instruments. How it all comes together and exactly at the same time with the technique. That really inspired me, and I found that very interesting,” said Katja Volkewien, an optician.

Shen Yun showcases 5,000 years of divinely inspired Chinese culture—which ancient Chinese people considered a gift from the Heavens. Shen Yun has 8 companies that tour the globe simultaneously, bringing an all-new production to the stage every season.

“I really liked the music, and the performance by the artists. But also the interaction with the technical activities that were going on in the background that could be seen. Especially the transition from people on the dance floor to these graphic representations in the background, that was very impressive,” said Jens Horn, a company managing director.

“We are thrilled. It could not have been any better. Choreography is incredible and professional, everything is in sync,” said Jens Mende, a business owner.

“It’s great, and keep it up. Inspire us, inspire the people of this world, so that many more people want to walk this path of enlightenment with us,” said Mathias Donath, a company division head.

Shen Yun will perform in Berlin, Germany, from March 24 through 28.
