“I was transported and I went to [ancient] China. The culture is fantastic,” said Maria Auxiliadora Miguel Severini, a business owner.
“The interaction of the screen with the performance that is happening there in person, it's very modern, very innovative. It’s very creative and visually very beautiful,” said Sthefanie Guz, a product management specialist.
“I saw a lot of somersaults here. I've seen pirouettes with just one hand. It's very difficult to do that. It's a professional thing, only a professional can do that,” said Tereza Mainardi, a former dancer.
“I thought it was simply magnificent, it's a unique culture. It features the wonderful orchestra, it features these dancers bringing something to us that is so good, so pure, and that has such a long history. And it takes us to this place of tranquility, and leaves us reflecting about good things,” said Isabel Perez, a business development manager.
“It's very impressive, very beautiful, and visually interesting from a cultural point of view as well. There are many things we don't know about ancient culture, so it's very interesting and very nice to see, too,” said Bruno Amaral, a banker.
“I found their belief in spiritual beings interesting. That they understood this meditative thing, and I found it really interesting, and it really touched me,” said Leonardo Liberatti, an attorney.
“I think it was a mix between simplicity and a deep subject. I believe this mixture is truly touching and leads you to rethink several questions relating to this space in between the worldly life and the spiritual side,” Ms. Perez said.
“Congratulations on their performance and the courage of coming from such a repressive country, and facing all these issues and bringing this beauty to us and this culture,” Ms. Severini said.
