The list of the fastest-growing jobs of 2020 is out. We bring you the top five—from salary research company PayScale.
PayScale analyzed over 4 million people’s data finding jobs that saw the highest growth compared to 2019.
In fifth place, Area Operations Manager. Those jobs increased by 60 percent. They make sure everything is working well in various parts of a business.
Fourth place, Non-Destructive Testing Technician jobs increased by 68 percent. They inspect products to make sure they meet a certain quality.
Third place, RV Service Technician jobs increased by 97 percent. As RV rentals shot up and people took trips to less crowded areas.
Second place, Personal Shopper jobs increased by 125 percent. You know time with social distancing, people needed food and other supplies delivered.
And number One, Health Screener jobs, they grew by 136 percent. PayScale says it’s a low skill entry-level position that pays a median of around $28,000 a year.
The highest pay goes to Cloud Solutions Architect at $137,000 per year. The lowest pay goes to Lead Sales Associate at about $21,000 per year.
These trends may continue into 2021, especially with the uncertainty surrounding the CCP virus.
