World’s most expensive pencil features white gold and diamonds

The world’s most expensive pencil is a whopping USD$12,800.

It comes with a cap made from solid 18K white gold, with three diamonds encrusted on top.The diamonds are 0.05 to 0.06 carats.

The body is made from 240 year-old olivewood.

It comes with a built in sharpener.

This pencil is made by Graf von Faber-Castell, a company that specializes in luxury writing instruments.

It was launched in 2001 to celebrate the company’s 240th anniversary.

There are only 99 of these limited-edition pencils worldwide.
