At least fifteen people died in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Saturday at an entrance point into Mexico City, according to local authorities.
The local fire station of Chalco municipality informed that a trailer truck was unable to brake as it reached the eastern Mexico City checkpoint, one of the busiest highways entering the Mexican capital.
Authorities have not given information on numbers of potentially injured people.
