One woman has been arrested and another woman is on the run after they allegedly attacked the manager of a Burger King in Miami, when they were denied some french fries that they wanted for free, according to police.

According to an arrest report cited by NBC Miami, Natasha Bagley, 42, was arrested on May 27. She and Genesis Peguero, 27, had allegedly asked for free french fries at the drive-thru of the fast food restaurant, at 18240 South Dixie Highway, on April 2 just before 5 p.m.

But an employee refused to give them the desired fried potato snacks. Minutes later, the two women parked their car and walked into the restaurant. Peguero proceeded to jump over the counter, according to the arrest report.

Peguero allegedly claimed that she had a pistol and demanded that the manager forfeit all the money in the store’s register.

“Give up all the money,” she said according to the arrest report.

Peguero threatened to hit the unidentified female manager in the face with a .45 caliber pistol. The manager then tried to call the police, but Peguero snatched the phone and punched her in the face, the arrest report said.

Bagley then joined in to help Peguero hit and kick the female manager, WFLA reported.

The report said that the two women then drove away in a black SUV after they pulled apart two registers and monitors, taking them off the counter and causing them to break.

When police checked the SUV’s license plate, they found it registered in Bagley’s name and was able to arrest her, according to WSVN.

Bagley was charged on May 28, after victims identified her. She has multiple charges including armed burglary with assault or battery, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief. She was held in jail without bond as of May 28.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Peguero, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. You can remain anonymous, and may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.

Woman Arrested Over McDonald’s Apple Pie

The french fries incident recalls an earlier incident at a McDonald’s fast food restaurant in Georgia on Feb. 17.

Ana Luisa Guity-Baltazar, 32, ordered an apple pie in Covington, Georgia, but was told it wasn’t ready and that she’d have to wait about five minutes.

But she expected to get the apple pie for free to compensate for the wait. When the employee told her that she’d still have to pay she became furious.

“[She] starts screaming and using profanity at the employee, aggressively walking toward her, punching her fist into her hand,” Covington Police Officer Justin Stott said, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

Then, at one point during the dispute she threw the apple pie at an employee, thereby losing the very thing she’d been waiting for and wanting.

“If I pay for apple [expletive] pie that means I get my money back,” Guity-Baltazar reportedly said, according to The Covington News. This was what Sgt. Allan Seebaran saw when he arrived on the scene.

He subsequently arrested the woman for disorderly conduct. She was ordered to pay $837.

“It’s just crazy, over a dollar apple pie, I mean really?” Trey Terrell, a friend of the McDonald’s employees, told The Covington News in February. “People have lost their minds. She needs to go to church and find Jesus,” Terrell added.

The police report said that Guity-Baltazar was sent to Newton County Jail for a night. She also received a trespass warning telling her to stay away from the fast food restaurant.
