Being kind to others gives us more than just a warm, fuzzy feeling. It can actually make companies more productive and profitable, according to Jill Lublin, author of “The Profit of Kindness.”
NTD spoke to Ms. Lublin, who told us more about how kindness can improve companies’ bottom lines, as well as aiding in employee satisfaction and retention. She also outlined the huge role that the kindness of others played in helping her in her recovery after she broke both of her ankles on a business trip to Vancouver, Canada.
