Domino, Marvel's unique looking mercenary mutant, is coming to "Deadpool 2." Actress Zazie Beetz has been confirmed. Zazie stars opposite Donald Glover on FX's "Atlanta." For a while rumors swirled that singer Janelle Monáe would be cast as Domino. Both Beetz and Monáe could bring savory quirks to the live action Domino.
Domino is considered a failed super soldier experiment. She first appeared in "X-Force" comic books. She's been a love interest to Cable, Wolverine, and even Colossus. She was also a villain at one time, but has since turned good. She has managed to survive many battles and life-threatening injuries through the power of luck alone.

Domino's power of luck isn't an ordinary power. It allows her to beat the odds. If there is a small possibility that something may or may not happen, Domino can use her power to push the odds, no matter how small, in her favor.
