IG Who Reviewed Clinton Emails, FBI Investigations & FISA Warrants Concealed Information From Durham | Truth Over News

A new filing by special counsel John Durham has raised material questions over two crucial investigations that were conducted by Michael Horowitz, the DOJ’s inspector general, into events leading up to and following the 2016 presidential election. The filing reveals that Horowitz concealed crucial information from Durham, including his personal interactions with Michael Sussmann, the Clinton campaign lawyer currently being prosecuted by Durham.

The filing also reveals that Horowitz failed to disclose his possession of two cell phones used by former FBI general counsel James Baker. Those cell phones may contain important information both for the Sussmann case, as well as for a separate criminal leak investigation into Baker that Durham personally conducted between 2017 and 2019.

Horowitz’s lack of disclosure raises fresh doubts about the conclusions he drew regarding the Clinton email investigation, his review of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, and his report on the Carter Page FISA warrant applications.
