House Oversight Committee held first hearing on the impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden on Tuesday. The process was interrupted several times when Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) and Kweisi Mfume (D-Md.) asked for Rudy Giuliani, former attorney of President Donald Trump, to be subpoenaed to the hearing.
