France: Teachers Strike Over COVID Confusion

Tens of thousands of teachers in France walked off the job on Thursday. According to teachers union figures, 75 percent of teachers are taking part in the strike. It’s one of the largest strikes for the education sector for more than 50 years.

They’re angry with the government’s COVID-19 rules. The COVID protocol changes all the time, one teacher said, making it impossible for them to do their work.
