Rich Marianos, adjunct professor at Georgetown University, discussed with NTD's Steve Lance the dangerous flavored vapes coming from China, which he said are manufactured by Chinese organized crime on the black market and specifically designed to entice children with popular flavors.

Marianos discussed the distinction of the harm reduction devices coming from China to vape shops in the United States. Marianos says the vape shops in communities have become the "new crack den," because many are selling synthetic narcotics, along with the illegal vapes, carrying guns, or involved in international trade-based money laundering.
