Whitehall was cordoned off Monday after the arrest of a man armed with a knife who confronted two police officers near the prime minister's official residence. And over the weekend, London saw six separate stabbing incidents, several of which involved teenagers. The shadow justice secretary has accused the government of breaking its promise to tackle knife crime.
