Molly the border collie was rescued by helicopter in New Zealand on Tuesday after being stranded for a week.

Her owner fell down a waterfall last week and was seriously injured, but rescue teams initially failed to locate the dog. A thermal camera and a search dog helped rescuers find Molly days later near the base of the waterfall.

Officials said Molly was in good condition and she was reunited with her owner upon her release from the hospital.
