Olympics: Doping and Human Rights in China

At the Beijing Olympics, the Olympic Committee president said those responsible for the doping of Russian teen figure skater Kamila Valieva will be dealt with in “very strong measures.” Some are now pushing to raise the minimum age at the Games. And a former U.S. Olympian said the Beijing Olympics will be remembered for whitewashing Chinese human rights abuses and a Russian doping scandal.
