Former federal prosecutor Jim Trusty joined NTD to provide his analysis of President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address. Trusty discussed Trump’s call for Congress to pass “Delilah’s Law” to fight what he described as the negligence, corruption, and sidestepping of the law that is enabling illegal aliens to obtain commercial driver’s licenses.
Trusty also discussed Trump’s appointment of Vice President JD Vance to lead the war on fraud, the potential for expanded resources this move would allow, and Vance’s announcement of the administration’s temporary halting of Medicaid funding to Minnesota. Trusty also discussed Trump’s call for legislation to stop insider trading in Congress.
