Sen. Graham Grills Prison Chief Over Her Plan to Combat Cartels Using Inmates to Operate Drug Deals

At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Sept. 13, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) pressed Colette Peters, director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, on whether she had a plan to combat Mexican cartels running operations using inmates in U.S. prisons.
