“There is something spiritual in the show. And the staging also encourages reflections on spirituality. It's very interesting and original,” said David Morenno, the CEO of Plaza del Sol.
“As a believer, I truly sense this spirituality and connection with divine art in the show,” said Michael Deudon, an operations manager.
“I was enchanted by the performance,” said Stéphane Pereira, an automation engineer. "These are China’s thousand-year traditions, and you can really feel the atmosphere and the thrill. It's very colorful, very lively, very dynamic."
“It’s enchanting, really magical," Mr. Deudon said. "You genuinely feel transported to another world, leaving for somewhere else, traveling in China.”
Mr. Morenno called the show “magnificent!"
"I thoroughly enjoyed the entire troupe, and all the stories presented in the show. It was marvelous, very athletic, and we felt like we were in fairyland," he said.
“It’s truly great art,” Mr. Deudon said. "I am amazed and astounded by the dancers' technique and precision. It’s definitely something to see and experience. I feel very good. We had an extraordinary time, and it truly makes you feel happy.”
“We need the values that Shen Yun brings, and we need kindness, as the world is becoming increasingly violent,” Mr. Pereira said. "Kindness is essential in a degenerating world."
“Indeed, it helps us see things differently, to be kind, to show love to one another, and to hope for better days than what we are experiencing today,” Mr. Deudon said.
“I feel very positive. I plan to return next year. That’s the feeling I have, I’m very willing to come again,” Mr. Pereira said.
