BUENOS AIRES, Argentina—Shen Yun Performing Arts brought 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture to the stage in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 11. Their mission is to revive the 5,000 years of beauty from “China before communism.” Some audience members told NTD they were moved to tears.

“This is the greatest show I’ve ever seen in my life,” José Petrone, president of the Molisano Monforte Center private school, said. “I’m leaving deeply moved, it made me cry. It was extraordinary. I’d been waiting two months to get the ticket, so I’m absolutely thrilled. I’m leaving very happy.”

Liliana Reis, a business owner, said, “I thought it was wonderful, mystical, full of emotion, and it conveyed a deep sense of peace. Peace, love, and the wonder of God’s creation, of life, and of everything God has done for us.”

Gida Rossi, a dance teacher, said, “The dancers’ precision was incredible; the staging, and the screens were mind-blowing. Something we’ve never seen here, and that was really incredible.”

Marisol Larosa, a dance teacher, said, “Honestly incredible. The movements, the costumes, and the stage designs I saw were spectacular. I’m taking them with me as ideas for future creations, and I'd go see it again. I loved it. I highly recommend it.”

Traditional Chinese culture and values find their roots in the Divine, which Shen Yun says it showcases through classical Chinese dance and music. Theatergoers took note of a deeper message and praised Shen Yun’s efforts to share it with the world.

Mr. Petrone said, “The whole show was wonderful, from start to finish. But this part about the Creator, that’s when the tears started flowing. You can’t help it. It comes from within, it is wonderful.”

Ms. Reis said, “I would tell [people] that everything they do is divine and wonderful. Divine because it comes from Heaven. And that they should keep on sharing things that bring love and peace to all human beings, who need it so much.”

“Keep creating because this does us good; to the spirit, the soul, the heart. It helps us live,” Mr. Petrone said.

Shen Yun will be performing in Curitiba, Brazil, on April 26–27.
