Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson posted a video on Instagram dedicated to “Thor” Chris Hemsworth, to wish him a happy 35th birthday in the middle of a workout on the night of Aug. 11.

“I just figured out it’s a buddy of mine’s birthday,” the wrestler said in the video.

He made sure to point out that he paused amidst training his legs to sing a special modified version of the birthday song to Hemsworth.

“Happy Birthday @chrishemsworthyou handsome alien looking SOB! Many people in this world are so grateful you were born – I am not one of them. Enjoy your birthday w/ the ohana my brother and see ya down the road. ??????,” wrote Dwayne Johnson.

At the end of the video, Johnson also told Hemsworth that he’s only ranked number four on the famous Chris list, lagging behind Chris Evans, Chris Pine and Chris Pratt.

Hemsworth responded to Johnson by reposting the video on his Instagram page.

“If anyone was gonna break the news to me being the least favourite Chris I’m glad it was you @therock and embedded in that message a birthday song brought me joy. Also my kids after seeing this said ‘dad are you friends with Jumanji!!!’. And now possibly think I’m cool. They expect you at each of their birthday parties in the coming years ???”

Hemsworth also made known his birthday wish of someday playing the role of Deadpool, and he even earned permission from actor Ryan Reynolds via Twitter.

Reynolds wrote, “Weird. My daughter JUST stabbed me in the right eye. (She’s not a ninja, but she IS a bit of a dick) Point is, We can finally trade roles… (Happy Birthday Bubba!)”

However, not only Hemsworth’s celebrity friends sent their wishes to him—his wife Elsa Pataky also joined in the fun and created a cute Instagram post, calling him her biggest child.
