Ukraine Prepared to Consider Neutrality

A new round of ceasefire talks between Ukraine and Russia will start from Tuesday. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy says his priorities are Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, though he also says he’s ready for compromise on the Russia-backed separatists occupied eastern Donbas region. The U.K. government distances itself from U.S. President Joe Biden’s remark that President Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power.”
