Vanessa Trump has disclosed she has been diagnosed with breast cancer, according to a personal statement she posted on Instagram on Wednesday.

In the post, Vanessa Trump said her medical team has already performed a procedure on her this week and that she is actively working with her doctors on a treatment plan. She asked the public for privacy as she focuses on her health and recovery.

Vanessa Trump shares five children—Kai, 19; Donald, 17; Tristan, 14; Spencer, 13; and Chloe, 11—with her ex-husband Donald Trump Jr. Ivanka Trump responded to the post with support, writing, "Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama.”

The news comes as Vanessa Trump's boyfriend, golfer Tiger Woods, recently completed a six-week overseas treatment program following a car crash and a driving under the influence (DUI) charge. Woods, who pleaded not guilty on March 31 to both the DUI charge and refusing to submit to a urine test, had received a judge’s approval to leave the United States for treatment.

In her statement, Vanessa Trump expressed gratitude toward her doctors and those close to her. "I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me," she wrote on her Instagram post. "Thank you for your kindness and support—it truly means more than I can express."

The diagnosis represents the latest personal challenge for the couple, whose relationship has been thrown into the public eye in recent months amid Woods' legal troubles. The golfer was arrested March 27 in Jupiter Island, Florida, after his black Land Rover clipped the rear of a pickup truck's trailer, causing it to roll onto its driver's side.

Deputies found two hydrocodone pills in Woods' pocket and noted multiple signs of impairment, including bloodshot and glassy eyes, extremely dilated pupils, and slow, lethargic movements, according to an arrest affidavit released by the Martin County Sheriff's Office.

Despite a breathalyzer test returning readings of 0.000, Woods refused a urine test—a misdemeanor under a recent change to Florida law—and was charged with DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. He was released on bail roughly eight hours after his arrest.

On March 31, Woods entered a not guilty plea and released a statement on X saying he was "stepping away" from golf to seek treatment. "I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today. I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health," he wrote, adding that he was "committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally."

Despite the turmoil, Vanessa Trump publicly stood by Woods. She posted a photo of the two of them on a hammock on her Instagram Stories in early April with the caption, "Love you"—the same image Woods had shared when he announced their relationship in March 2025.
