Austria, France Tighten Rules on Unvaccinated

The Austrian government has revised its plans for a strict vaccine mandate. It says the measure would now apply to everyone from the age of 18, instead of 14 as previously intended. Meanwhile, the French parliament has approved new plans for a Vaccine Pass barring unvaccinated people from entering hospitality and other public venues. Both strategies intend to increase vaccination numbers. Critics call these measures coercive.
