On June 11 at El Monte City Hall, Police Corporal Carlos Tello and officers Raul Vega and Dennis Chiu received the Life-Saving Award after saving the life of 8-year-old Ethan Cante. The incident occurred on June 3 when the three officers responded to an emergency call. NTD’s B.J. Kang has more from the award ceremony.
