Five finger fillet, also known as the knife game, is a game played by placing the palm of the hand on a table with fingers apart, and quickly touching a knife back and forth between your fingers. Obviously you need to use an extremely dull blade.
It was said to be created in the 1800’s by cowboys in the western US -- some say because they too bored with their lonely life out in the vast west!
We don’t know how the boy in the video manages to reach such a fast speed and how much he has practiced - but he’s definitely so fast that you might feel your heart pounding when you watch it! Don't try this at home, kids.
