In fact this is what Tennyson the German Shepherd, did. As he watched the kitten trying to climb the steps, he ignored the owners ‘no’ and grabbed the cat by the neck, carried it to the top and laid down next to it. The kitten itself seemed not to be bothered in any way and started relaxing as well once she was at the top.
