Juliana Wetmore was born with Treacher Collins Syndrome which deforms the face of the person and makes it look very irregular. But the way she and her family fought with the mishappening and didn't let it hinder normal life of Juliana is truly inspiring.

Here is her story that will show you what a great fighter she is.

Four months before her birth, the doctors found some irregularities in the fetus.
However, they failed to recognize what it was and least expected Juliana to look like this when she was born.
Born with a face without bones, Juliana had breathing difficulties right since she was born.

But the rest of her body was just fine and the girl proved to be a fighter, rising against all odds to live on.

Juliana's parents were however indifferent and how she looked didn't matter one bit to them. She was their daughter, after all.

And soon the doctors found out something worse, Juliana couldn't hear and was almost deaf because of lack of bones and couldn't see with her left eye either.

However, the girl's brain functioned just fine.

She began attending a school for deaf children and could comfortably communicate through sign language.

Juliana's family supported her through everything and loved her regardless of all the odds.

This gave her the strength to hang on and fight her way to lead a normal life. But Juliana craved for a real companion. Someone who would play with her and understand her all the same.

In a orphanage in Ukraine, lived a girl named Danica.

She suffered from the same syndrome but was mildly affected by it. However, she had no family to look after her and after a certain age, the orphanage wouldn't keep her in the institute, leaving her to her fate - perhaps on the streets.

Danica is now a part of the Wetmore family and perfectly happy with her siblings.

Juliana and Danica now have the companions they always wanted and their talents make up for what they lack.
