Jim Trusty, former federal prosecutor and former attorney for President Donald Trump, discussed with NTD's Steve Lance the implications for former President Bill Clinton and former First Lady Hillary Clinton if the House passes the resolution to hold them in contempt of Congress.
Trusty also discussed a federal judge's ruling Wednesday to block lawmakers from forcing the Department of Justice to release the Epstein files, and the Justice Department's legal obligation under the Epstein Files Transparency Act to produce those records. Trusty also spoke on the Justice Department's subpoenas of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. Both leaders are accused of conspiring to impede law enforcement during a federal immigration operation. Trusty also discussed the House Judiciary Committee's Thursday hearing to examine Special Counsel Jack Smith’s actions and investigation into Trump.
