Carlos Lopez Jr., who appeared on reality TV show “Operation Repo,” died at the age of 35, according to reports.
“Mr. Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:06pm yesterday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head,” the Los Angeles County coroner said, according to People magazine. “Toxicology reports are still pending.”

TMZ reported that he died of an apparent suicide on the balcony of his downtown Los Angeles apartment on Sunday evening. TMZ broke the story.
His roommate discovered a note from the “Operation Repo” star, the report said. He appeared on the show from 2012 to 2014.
Lopez also made appearances on “iCarly,” “America’s Most Wanted: America Fights Back,” “CSI: Cyber,” and “American Made.”
According to an IMDB profile, Lopez also “served 37 months in combat with the 1st Cavalry, 82nd Airborne, 101st, 451st CA Bn.”
A number of people expressed their condolences after learning of his death.
