Corey Harrison, star of the long-running reality series "Pawn Stars," is recovering after a serious motorcycle accident left him with multiple broken ribs and landed him in the hospital for three nights.
"Pretty messed up but I'm good crash bars are awesome," Harrison wrote in his post. "3 nights in the hospital 11 breaks in my rib cage."
The timing of the accident was unfortunate, as Harrison revealed he would miss his father's wedding due to his injuries.
"Will do an episode on @theCoreyHarrisonshow sorry Pops looks like I'm missing your wedding," he wrote in his post.
While Corey couldn't attend in person, his father made sure to visit him in the hospital. "Rick saw him in the hospital yesterday," the representative confirmed to Entertainment Weekly.
"Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss," the Harrison family said in a statement to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Both Rick and Corey paid tribute to Adam on social media following his death. Rick shared a photo of himself with Adam at a bar, writing, "You will always be in my heart! I love you, Adam."
Corey posted an old childhood photo of the two brothers, captioning it: "Wax wtf I will always love you bubba."
The Harrison family rose to fame through "Pawn Stars," which premiered on the History Channel in 2009 and has aired 24 seasons. The reality show follows the family's operations at their Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, showcasing their expertise in evaluating unique items brought into the store.
Corey, nicknamed "Big Hoss," has been a fixture on the series since its inception. He began working at the family pawnshop at age nine and frequently appeared alongside his father and grandfather, Richard "The Old Man" Harrison, who died in 2018 at age 77 after battling Parkinson's disease.
