Federal health officials said 16 required treatment at a hospital. The recalled "supers," "selects," or "plains" cucumbers were sold both individually and in smaller packages.
On April 15, Optimal Carnivore announced on its website that it was recalling Bone & Joint Restore Dietary Supplement (Lot No. 1224064) due to potential salmonella contamination.
