“I think it's spectacular. To be honest with you, one of the things I said earlier was just like watching superheroes on stage. I think their skill level is over the top. It's extraordinary,” said John Mitchell, a former business owner. “I think the ability to take it from screen to stage and to bring just the symbolism of bringing divinity and humanity to the planet Earth, and then going from that time and being able to follow that story, I think it's wonderful, and I think they've really captured it well.”
“We are absolutely exhilarated by it. The artistry is so delicate and so precise. It's just overwhelming. We love it,” said Mike Drexel, a former banker.
“The visually unbelievable, the combination of the live theater and the technology. I'm still trying to process it. It was spectacular in every single aspect of art, visually, musically, the dance was mind-blowing. And we're going to be talking about this for a while,” said Michael Lewis, a financial adviser.
“The performance was beautiful, and you could see that they have so much strength and control and grace at the same time,” said Danielle Hafers, a yoga and martial arts studio owner.
“I just love the vibrant colors and listening to the story, the narration, and then watching the dance afterwards from each narration is really wonderful,” said Elise Strom, a chief development officer.
“It was very positive, very graceful. The whole show was a beautiful show. It was very entertaining. We enjoyed it very much,” said Tom Hafers, a yoga and martial arts studio owner.
“I'd rather speak to the communists behind that that are threatening them. What are you afraid of? Why are you afraid of this? What about this show would make you want to harm somebody? Why would you want to do that? There's nothing but positivity coming out of this. And for somebody to have such a dark soul, to try to hurt somebody doing something like that, there's something wrong with them,” said Lewis. “Without making a political statement, I'm really inspired to see how the Chinese people that are not communist are so inspired to fight back in a positive, non-violent way. This was obviously a push back to the communist system, but done in a really, really, really wonderful, positive way, just through art.”
“Anybody that understands China knows that the Chinese people are wonderful. It's the Chinese Communist Party that we know is evil,” said Mark Souza, a business owner.
“I think they should keep saying what they're saying with their artistry and with their talents. I think it speaks volumes much more than language can do,” said Drexel.
