Mally Smith, Democratic strategist and former Harris Campaign North Carolina political director, and Melik Abdul, radio host and Republican strategist, joined a panel with NTD's Jack Bradley to discuss President Donald Trump's kitchen-sink efforts to stop the flow of fentanyl into the United States.

After the president designated eight cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and ordered strikes on boats en route to the U.S. carrying drugs, Trump on Monday formally classified fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction, and directed the attorney general to immediately pursue criminal charges and escalate fentanyl trafficking cases.

The panel also discussed Trump's announcement that he will sue the BBC for misrepresenting his words on January 6, 2021, in a documentary featuring an edited video, which made it look like the president was calling for violence.
