Aaron Rodgers, the four-time NFL MVP and Super Bowl champion, is officially off both the free agent and dating markets. The veteran quarterback revealed Tuesday that he recently got married.

The announcement came during his first press conference with the Pittsburgh Steelers after signing a one-year deal for the 2025 season.

Rodgers, 41, is seen wearing a ring on his left ring finger in a photograph released on Instagram by the Steelers following his signing. When asked directly about the ring during Tuesday’s minicamp press conference, Rodgers confirmed, “Yeah, it’s a wedding ring. It’s been a couple months.”

The news of his marriage comes as Rodgers begins a new chapter with the Steelers, a franchise he has long admired.

“I think it starts with Mike Tomlin. I’ve been a fan of his for a long time. There’s a few iconic franchises in the NFL. I played for one of them for 18 years. This is another one, one of those. There’s something special about, obviously, this area, so many great quarterbacks are from Pittsburgh,” he said.

Rodgers, who spent the majority of his career with the Green Bay Packers, said during the press conference that he plans to focus on serving the needs of his team in Pittsburgh. “I just want to be a servant leader here and just pass on the knowledge that I have with 20 years’ experience, and just try and fit in with the guys,” he said.

Rodgers also reflected on the adjustment to his new environment, noting the unfamiliarity with his teammates and surroundings.

“Everything’s new. It’s like the first day of school. I don’t know a lot of guys' names. They don’t have names on the back of the jerseys here. They don’t have names on the doors in the meeting rooms. I literally walk out of locker room lost. Try and grab somebody. Hey, where am I going? But I’ll get the feel of it and I’m excited about making this home,” Rodgers said.

Rodgers said his decision to join the Steelers was one made for his well-being. “This was a decision that was best for my soul, and I felt like being here with Coach T, the guys I got here, and the opportunity here was the best for me, and I’m excited to be here,” he said.

While Rodgers has not shared many details about his bride, he previously mentioned dating a woman named Brittani—spelled with an “I”—during a December 2024 appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.” It remains unclear if Brittani is the woman he married during the 2025 offseason.

Rodgers also addressed questions about his recovery from an Achilles injury, stating: “I mean, I’m 41 so my body feels different than it did at 25, but I feel better. I felt good last year. You know, I worked really hard. It was a tough couple years getting hurt and then rehabbing for a year to get back. But I feel good.”

Rodgers’ previous relationships have included high-profile figures such as race car driver Danica Patrick and actresses Olivia Munn and Shailene Woodley.
