Chardonnay Benavidez, 32, of Keizer, has been charged with three counts of first-degree attempted murder and three counts of first-degree attempted assault in connection with the June 6 incident.

Victor Rivas, 40, of Montz, was apprehended on June 7 and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and resisting an officer, officials said.
