Citigroup on Monday downgraded U.S. stocks in anticipation of a pullback in growth stocks and as well anticipating a recession in the fourth quarter of the year. The brokerage cut its rating on U.S. stocks to “neutral” from “overweight.”

Bankrupt SVB Financial Group has sued the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corp to recover the $1.93 billion that the regulator seized when it took over Silicon Valley Bank in March.

Popular artificial intelligence bot ChatGPT is being sued. Some big names in the entertainment industry are bringing a class action lawsuit against the company behind ChatGPT.
