This summer, California is back in a drought, and it has spread throughout the western United States. On top of that, some people believe California is not storing and managing the surface water efficiently or effectively.

My guests are farmers Don and Steve Jackson. They are a father and son team that grows almonds outside of Fresno and are on their local water board.

They discuss why California’s water crisis may result in food shortages and more.
