Jim Trusty, former federal prosecutor and former attorney for President Donald Trump, discussed with NTD's Steve Lance the lawsuits brought by Minnesota and Illinois against the Trump administration over immigration enforcement and the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that a Republican Illinois congressman can challenge a state law about mail-in ballots.

Trusty also spoke on the FBI raid of Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson's home, during which her devices were seized. He also discussed the U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi's allegations that Natanson was "reporting classified and illegally leaked information from a Pentagon contractor."
