Ivanka Trump attends W20 Summit to support female entrepreneurship

Ivanka Trump attended a W20 Summit (also known as G20 women’s summit) on April 25 in Berlin. She discussed support for women entrepreneurs.

Joining her were German Chancellor Angela Merkel and International Monetary Fund head Christine Lagarde.

The motto of this year’s summit is, “Inspiring women: scaling up women’s entrepreneurship.”

Ivanka will take part in a podium discussion with Merkel and Lagarde at the two-day summit. Other attendees include Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.

Ivanka is an informal adviser to her father President Donald Trump. Last month she said she would take an unpaid, informal advisory role to the president to allay ethics concerns about working in the White House.
