Hyma Moore, Democratic strategist and principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs, and Frank Morano, Republican New York City councilman, joined a panel discussion with NTD's Steve Lance to discuss New York's largest nurses' strike that began on Monday. Nearly 15,000 nurses walked off the job after negotiations failed between the nurses' union and hospital officials.

The panel also discussed Mayor Zohran Mamdani joining one picket line and posting support on social media, and the implications of a federal investigation of Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell for his testimony to Congress about the Fed’s new building construction.
