House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) criticized the Manhattan District Attorney when asked about former President Donald Trump’s potential indictment on March 19, the first day of the 2023 House GOP’s retreat.
“It should be equal justice in America, and stop going after people because you have political differences,” McCarthy said.
