Russia says it plans to take full control of Donbas and southern Ukraine during the second phase of what it calls its special military operation. On Thursday Russia claimed victory over Mariupol. Now it appears they’re collecting the dead bodies.

Drawn by rumors on social media, queues of hopeful men have been forming outside the Russian embassy in Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa. Their hope? To enlist to fight for Russia in Ukraine.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a health advisory after children in Alabama were found to have adenovirus and hepatitis infections. The agency said that a “cluster of children” have been infected with both hepatitis and adenovirus.
